Flange To A Pipe

Flanges are the most important parts of nozzles, which basically are welded to the pipe.In pressure vessels there are many types of flanges chosen based on how well they work under pressure. The use of arc welding process, is the most proper joining of flange to a pipe. No doubt all kinds of arc welding processes are being applied on flange joining. The steps include; FCAW flux core arc, TIG Tungsten inert gas, MIG/MAG metal inert or active gas, and SMAW which is known as stick welding.
